Remuneration for the provision of legal services:

At the rate negotiated between client and lawyer
Prefer long-term relationship based on continuity and full confidence, which then comes flat fee, which is advantageous compared to hourly rate
Remuneration for the individual act of legal services (tariff law, Decree 177/1996)
Reward for success in the case where the evaluation of the case the client is not committed to the ongoing performance of legal services lawyer and rewards up to 25% of a successful outcome in the case
